If you’re new to working out and are looking for an easy-to-follow workout, give this a try.

This workout is designed to help beginners build strength, improve mobility and balance, increase flexibility, and to find a way to incorporate movement that they love.

So, without further ado, pick your exercises, set your timer, start moving, and have fun!

How to do this workout:

  • Choose 2-3 moves from each section

  • Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, and rest for 10-15 seconds between exercises

  • Keep repeating this pattern until you have performed all of your chosen exercises.

  • Complete circuit 2x.
